Engraved fountain pens and rollerballs for business: what they cost and which to choose for each use
A rollerball or fountain pen with your logo costs from PLN 44.70 per unit, including branding. An everyday rollerball, a fountain pen for recognition and a branded gift for senior management do not ask for the same writing feel, presence or branding method. Here you can see today’s prices, what suits each case best and the details worth checking before you order.
How much does an engraved fountain pen or personalised rollerball pen cost?
Unit price with your logo in one colour in the standard print area, excluding VAT and delivery. The unit price falls as quantities rise because the branding setup is spread across more units.

For a corporate gift with a careful budget
When you want a proper gift without moving into a high-end writing brand, a simple rollerball or a clean-lined aluminium fountain pen works well. They usually allow laser engraving or pad printing, and the logo stays visible without taking attention away from the instrument itself.
Do not force a large logo or too many colours: with gift writing instruments, small and discreet works better. If you are unsure whether the recipient uses a fountain pen, a rollerball is usually the safer choice; keep the fountain pen for someone who already writes that way or will genuinely value it.

If the gift is for an important client, senior management or a significant signing, the brand of the instrument, the feel in the hand and the finish matter more. Premium metal models with laser engraving do this job well: the logo looks understated and sits alongside the maker’s branding without competing with it.
The usual mistake is covering the maker’s brand or asking for branding that is too showy. On these pieces, a small one-colour logo on the barrel works best. If it comes with a personalised notebook, better to choose good-weight paper so the ink looks as it should.

If you still are not sure which instrument to give, this is where it helps to compare the two. The rollerball writes smoothly from first use and is usually the safe bet; the fountain pen has more character and makes more sense when it goes to someone who enjoys writing by hand.
Think too about who will use it. On thin paper, or if the person is left-handed, liquid ink can take a little time to dry and may smudge. If you want something more practical for a wider group, personalised pens will suit you better.

Minimum order and design
The minimum order is PLN 437.80 excluding VAT per quote, and you can mix models to reach it: a rollerball for signing and a fountain pen for recognition can go in the same order. The prices on this page are per unit, with your logo in one colour in the standard print area, excluding VAT and delivery; other branding options are adjusted in the quote.
Add your logo on the product page and see the price straight away, or ask us for a free full-scale mock-up: you pay only when you approve it. The lead time is shown on each product page. If it is an important gift, you can order samples to check the weight, the writing line and the engraving before you decide.
