Custom Roller Banners with Your Design

Roller banners are roll-up posters two metres tall that go up in a couple of minutes and travel in their own bag. They are made to order: tell us the size, material and quantity, send your artwork or logo, and within 24 working hours you have a quote and a mock-up.

Standard or wide size

The standard is 85 × 200 cm, which fits almost any stand. If you have a free wall, there are widths of 100, 120 and 150 cm at the same height.

Blockout banner that doesn't show through

The opaque inner layer stops the pole and whatever is behind from showing through under spotlights or windows. On double-sided banners it is essential.

Graphic replacement

If you already have a standard base in good condition, we print only the new banner to fit it. You change the message for each campaign and reuse the structure.

Exhibitions, conferences and office reception

At a trade show or conference, the roller banner stands beside the counter and marks your spot from a distance. At seminars and internal events it works as a speaker or photo backdrop, and in the office reception it can stay for months with the same graphic.

If you run events every quarter, a reinforced base and changing only the banner pays off. For walkways with traffic in both directions, or a banner in the middle of the room, choose double-sided. It can go on the same quote as the team lanyards or the tote bags handed out at the stand.

Banner, base and printing

The usual choice is 440-510 g/m² PVC with blockout and digital printing, with strong colours and built for heavy use. 210-260 g/m² polyester is lighter, PVC-free and dye-sublimation printed, with a matt finish that doesn't glare under spotlights. The basic aluminium base suits occasional use; the reinforced one, with a wide base and three-section telescopic pole, suits frequent setups.

When laying out the artwork, keep the bottom 15-20 cm free of text, as it sits inside the base. Put the headline between 120 and 180 cm high, the logo at the top and the contact details or QR code between 90 and 120 cm. At three metres, a headline of five or six words reads well; a paragraph does not.

How to choose your roller banner

Size to suit the space: 85 × 200 cm for most stands and receptions. 100, 120 or 150 cm wide if you have a free wall or want it as a small photo backdrop.
Banner material: Blockout PVC for heavy use and strong colours. Blockout polyester fabric if you want a lighter, matt, PVC-free option.
Single or double sided: Single-sided if it goes against a wall or beside the counter. Double-sided if it stands in the middle of a walkway or a room.
Base to suit the use: Basic for one exhibition a year or a single conference. Reinforced if you set it up often and it travels a lot.

What size is a standard roller banner?

What format should I send the design in?

As a vector PDF at 1:1 or 1:10 scale, with 3 mm bleed, fonts outlined and images at 100-150 ppi at final size. If you only have your logo as a PNG or JPG, we check it and tell you whether it will hold up when enlarged. Before printing, you see the free mock-up with your artwork on the real size.

What is a blockout banner and why do I need one?

It is a banner with an opaque inner layer that lets no light through. Without it, with a spotlight or window behind, the pole and whatever is behind the roller banner show through. On double-sided banners it is essential.

PVC or fabric roller banner?

Blockout PVC is the usual choice for heavy use and gives strong colours with digital printing. Polyester fabric is lighter, PVC-free and dye-sublimation printed, with a matt finish that doesn't glare under spotlights.

Can I change just the banner?

Yes, if the base is a standard format and in good condition. Only the new graphic is printed to the same size and fitted to the base you already have.

Is there a minimum order and when do I pay?

The minimum order is PLN 437.80 excl. VAT per quote, counting products only, and you can combine the roller banner with other items. You pay when you approve the mock-up, before production. Tell us the event date when you request the quote and we confirm the lead time.
