How much does custom workwear cost per garment?
Price per unit with your logo in one colour in the standard position, excluding VAT and delivery. The unit price drops as quantities rise because the branding set-up is spread across more garments.

For kitchen, bar and shop
In the kitchen, at the bar or in a shop, the priority is a straightforward garment that is easy to replace, comfortable and simple to wash. Aprons and basic cotton or polycotton styles work well here, with embroidery on the chest or screen printing when you want a clear, visible logo on the front.
Think about the branding based on the distance it will be read from. For a large name that needs to be seen from afar, screen printing works better; for everyday use and frequent washing, embroidery lasts longer. If you are putting the outfit together, match the garment with custom aprons in the same shade.

When the uniform is worn for the whole shift, you need garments that are comfortable, easy to top up and available in a wide size range. In this range, T-shirts, polos, gilets or work trousers fit well, with embroidery on the chest and transfer or screen printing when the logo needs more visibility.
The most common mistake is locking in sizes too early. It is better to choose the model and colour first, then adjust the size split afterwards using the size guide on each product page. If there are men’s and women’s fits, offering both avoids most exchanges.

For reception, clinics or image-led roles, a clean cut matters more than large branding. Shirts and more formal-looking garments work best here, with a small embroidered logo on the chest or sleeve, visible without turning the uniform into an advert.

The prices on this page are per unit, with your logo in one colour in the standard position, excluding VAT and delivery; a second position or a different technique is adjusted in the quote.
