There are 100% cotton models for everyday wear and technical polyester models for sport and activity. Choose according to where they will be worn.
Adult and children's sizes
There are men's and women's cuts, plus children's versions of the same model. That way you can dress staff and the children of a school or club in the same t-shirt.
Five printing techniques
Screen print, screen transfer, digital transfer, sublimation and embroidery. The catalogue price already includes one-colour printing in the standard area.
For teams, events and mild cold-weather seasons
A long sleeve covers the months when a short-sleeved t-shirt is not enough and a sweatshirt is too much. It works as a uniform for shop, warehouse or outdoor event staff, and as a base layer under a gilet or jacket.
Sports polyester models suit charity runs, clubs and team-building activities. Children's versions are useful for camps, schools and family days out for staff.
Fabric, weight and printing
Weights range from 125 g/m², a lightweight t-shirt, up to 160 g/m² and a little more for a fabric with more body. Almost all models are OEKO-TEX certified, and there are options in recycled material or organic cotton, such as the Ponoka.
On cotton, screen print and transfer give good results with flat colours, and embroidery gives a more formal finish. On technical polyester, sublimation and digital transfer are the usual choices. Before you pay, you receive a free mock-up with your logo on the t-shirt.
How to choose your long sleeve t-shirt for printing
- Fabric for the intended use
- 100% cotton for everyday wear and uniforms; technical polyester for sport, as it dries faster and copes with movement.
- Weight
- Up to 160 g/m² you get lightweight t-shirts for layering or activity; between 160 and 220 g/m², fabrics with more body that are worn on their own.
- Cut and neckline
- Choose between men's, women's or children's cuts, and between a crew neck, the most common, or a V-neck.
- Printing technique
- Screen print or transfer for logos in flat colours, embroidery for a durable, formal finish, sublimation or digital transfer for full-colour designs on polyester.
