Bespoke or round shape

There are badges with a custom shape that follows the outline of your logo, and round embroidered badges. A free-form shape gives more presence; the round one is the simplest and tidiest option.

Merrow or laser-cut edge

A merrow edge is a stitched border that runs around the badge and finishes it firmly. Laser cutting leaves a clean outline and allows more complex shapes.

Embroidered or woven

Embroidery gives raised texture with the thread; a woven badge uses a finer thread and handles small details and thin lettering in your logo better.

Material and marking of the badges

All the models are textile. Embroidered badges reproduce the logo in raised thread, woven ones in a finer weave, and the terry badge adds a soft, towel-like texture.

The outline is finished with a merrow edge or with laser cutting. So that the embroidery reproduces your brand well, send the logo as a vector file (SVG, AI or PDF) and before paying you will receive a mock-up with the design on the badge.

How to choose custom embroidered badges

By logo
If your logo has thin lettering or a lot of detail, a woven badge handles it better. If it is simple with flat colours, embroidery gives more texture.
By shape
The custom shape follows the outline of your brand and stands out more. The round one fits any garment and is the practical choice for large runs.
By edge
Merrow gives a classic, hard-wearing finish on regular shapes. Laser cutting allows complex outlines with a clean edge.
By feel
The round embroidered terry badge has a soft, eye-catching texture, designed more for gifts or event merchandise than for uniforms.

Is there a minimum order for badges?

There is no minimum number of units. The minimum order is PLN 439.90 excl. VAT per quote, counting only the products, and you can reach it by combining badges with other items.

Can I see how my logo will look before I pay?

Yes. We send you a free mock-up with your logo on the badge, and you only pay once you approve it, before production.

What is the difference between an embroidered badge and a woven badge?

Embroidery reproduces the design in raised thread. Woven uses a finer thread that allows more detail and a flat finish.

What format should I send my logo in?

Vector is best: SVG, AI or PDF. That way the design adapts precisely to the embroidery and to the outline of the badge.

How long does delivery take?

Lead time depends on the technique and the quantity, and it is shown on each product page in working days. You receive the quote within 24 working hours, with no obligation.

Can I ask for a sample before ordering?

Yes, samples can be requested before production. And if the marking comes out defective or does not match the approved mock-up, it is redone at no cost.
