Yes. The price you see already includes single-colour marking in the standard location. If you want more colours or a different technique, we'll tell you the cost in the quote.

Marking locations: Talón Chancla Izquierda, Tira Interior Chancla Izquierda, Tira Exterior Chancla Izquierda, Tira Exterior Chancla Derecha, Talón Chancla Derecha, On the presentation box, and Tira Interior Chancla Derecha. Available techniques: Laser engraving, Screen Printing, Transfer screen printing, and Pad Printing. Before you decide anything, we'll show you the logo placed on the product, in the location and at the size the technique allows, at no cost.

A minimum order of PLN 441.90 excl. VAT per quote, counting the products only (not shipping). You can reach it with this product on its own or by combining it with others. Below that, setup costs outweigh the product itself and the per-unit price stops making sense.

Yes. Send us the logo and we'll return the simulation on the product together with the fixed quote. It costs nothing and involves no commitment.

In vector format, preferably SVG, AI or PDF. If you only have it in PNG or JPG, let us know: we'll check it and tell you whether it works for the marking size.

No. Splitting by size is optional: if you already know how many you need of each, just tell us and the quantity adds itself up. If not, we'll settle it with you afterwards, using the model's real measurements table.

Yes. A marked sample before production avoids almost every headache, and for electronics we always recommend it.

To the whole European Union, to one address or several. Shipping is what it costs to get the order from the manufacturer to your address, and many large orders come with shipping included: you see it in the quote, calculated with your address. Outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway) there are customs and duties: write to us and we will sort it out with you.

Prices exclude VAT. If your company has a VAT number that VIES validates and receives the order outside Spain, the invoice carries no VAT under the reverse charge: you account for it in your country, as with any EU supplier. Deliveries in Spain carry Spanish VAT.

No. Requesting a quote is free and without obligation, and you don't need to create an account: you pay when you approve the mock-up with your logo, before production. If you prefer to design it yourself in the studio and purchase directly, your card is only held and charged when we review your design. On orders of €500 or more (including VAT and shipping) you can pay by bank transfer or by card, with a 1.5% card payment surcharge.

We redo it at no cost. If the branding is faulty or doesn't match the mock-up you approved, we make it again.

A product branded with your logo can't be returned or exchanged: it can't be sold to anyone else. What we do cover is any mistake of ours: if something arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect or with a print that differs from the mock-up you approved, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we replace it free of charge or, if that isn't possible, refund it. Production can deliver up to 5% more or fewer units, and you are invoiced for what arrives.
